Welcome Party July 13

Today there was a little reception for the exchange students in the afternoon. The students got a little tour of the town of Leysin and then came back for huge spread of crackers, chips, cheese, cookies, fruit, nuts, chocolates, hot appetizers, and wasabi peanuts. Joanne (from MMC) strongly encouraged students to try the peanuts.... with varying degrees of success! The photo of Joce is her testing the peanuts! The students and their exchange partners were all there and lots of them played basketball after that. Our girls taught the Japanese students some challenging games, like duck, duck, goose and Stella, stella...(a clapping game.)
