We headed over the Col de Mosses for Gruyere at around 10am. Beautiful little town, lots of touristy shops. Did the tour of the Chateau (the castle). Drove over to the fromagerie and saw their display of cheese making. Bit anti-climactic, but educational nonetheless. Many of the students had done this trip last Friday, whilst we were in the UK.
